Athlete Assessment & Testing

If You're Not Testing, You're Guessing.

Sport is physical, unpredictable, and demanding. While no single test can predict or prevent every injury, objective assessment can help identify physical limitations, performance deficits, and risk factors that may affect an athlete's ability to perform and tolerate the demands of their sport.

At Impact Rx, we bring high-level performance testing and athlete assessment used in collegiate and professional sports to athletes and teams of all levels.

Our testing process is customized to the demands of each sport, team, and athlete. We assess areas including mobility, strength, isolated physical capacity, movement quality, and overall performance characteristics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Testing is only valuable when the results lead to action. Following assessment, we organize and analyze the data to provide coaches, athletes, and medical staff with clear, actionable recommendations. We help identify outliers, compare results to appropriate performance standards, and determine where targeted training or rehabilitation may be beneficial.
